I gave Blokus straregy board game to a niece who turned 6 years old. I wasn't sure she would have the patience to sit and play the game. However, she really enjoyed the game a lot. I liked the idea that it was educational in nature, and I think she likes the challenge of the game. It isn't a mindless game like Chutes and Ladders.
